Either way you can buy them online after you finish getting all the other upgrades. Alternatively save a little extra gold (like 175k) so you can afford both heart upgrades without having to reload in between. So it might go more smoothly if you have at least one of those purchased before starting (so you just need one more), and save it for your last upgrade. Warning 2: It was also his experience that the heart upgrades were not retained after restoring the save. Of course, worst case, if you need to, you could always reset your progress and use this exploit just focusing on the items you need. For my friend, they did pop once he was back online and picked up some gold, but your mileage may vary. But if you are getting other achievements on the way for map tubes/dynamite/or picks, be aware they might not pop up when you go back online. You can do this by playing on two different devices (which gives you a bit more flexibility) or on a single device. To do this you need to be able to "save" your game and go back to an earlier version. There is a pretty handy exploit you can use to make this WAY quicker than normal.
