There have been exceptions to above, but that usually IS mentioned, because it goes against the norm.

:/ītw: I've yet to find a game that warns you on the shop page which parts of the content are for experienced players - all of my gaming experience tells me that games tend to expect you to follow along with common sense - first content is for beginners, following content gets increasingly more complicated to keep your interest after you beat the previous content. what should I chose to fulfill the cannon (will try other endings once I'm done with this one) 1. Whether or not you have fun with this game is entirely up to you - by all means, ruin it for yourself by being stubborn and waiting for the developers to fudge the advanced campaigns for you. So far I have chose Shadowborn for my first playthrough (since it's cannon storyline). In this situation, you have three choices: Play the campaign on the easiest difficulty, progress the campaigns as intended, or play them out of order in hard difficulty and feel sorry for yourself and angry at the devs. I'm sad that this games difficulty progression in the campaigns feels like it is not for you, but at the same time, making a game to please everybody is pretty much an exercise in futility. Some games come with difficulty progression, and some don't. This seems like someone complaining that the end game content in WoW isn't balanced around people still in their trial period.
